Date the UK is another of Easy Date’s range of websites. It boasts a huge membership and offers profile matching by post code. It’s free to join and to build a photo profile after which you can start searching the database for suitable matches. There’s a table on the site which compares the features on offer with those of Dating Direct and Match.com. Interestingly it shows that the site contains two features not available on Dating Direct and five features not available on Match.com. At the time of writing this review, a monthly subscription to Date the UK is cheaper than Dating Direct and only a little more that the Match.com price. Those features include; seeing who’s been viewing your profile, creating a list of your favourite profiles, text and video chat, comment posting on profiles, video recording, profile blocking, and SMS messaging. So it has all the essential features to make it an entertaining and enjoyable dating website. Definitely worth a try.

YouCanGetMe is another horse from the Easy Day stable. It’s a feature rich site with plenty of modern facilities to play with. The homepage boast of over 1 million photo profiles and that being the case you are unlikely to run out of photos to browse and ponder over while you consider whether or not to make contact. When you do decide to subscribe there are the usual contact methods open to you; secure messaging, chat, and video. The site pages include flirting tips for those who are a little hesitant and dating advice for those who are a bit unsure of the modern etiquette. The advice is basic but no less important for that since many of these fundamental flirting techniques are overlooked by those in a rush or who are out of practice.

UrbanSocial.com was rated as the Number One dating website for the UK by readers of The Sun. The site certainly seems to attract plenty of attention from the 20-45 age group and the website design is appealing and easy to navigate. There’s a ‘guest tour’ link that allows you to search by gender, age range, and area, and unlike other sites this preview does actually let you see full profiles. However, the preview is limited to the first ten results so if you want to see more you have to register. That of course is free of charge and it’s likely that you’ll spend plenty of time on this site searching and browsing the personal ads. The site was started by two individuals who had tried online dating websites themselves and wanted to create one of their own to fill what they saw as a gap in the market. So they created a site that combines trendy, sociable, young (or young at heart) people with speed dating and other social events. Each profile is carefully vetted for honesty and integrityand the emphasis is on having fun with like minded people. Their motto is, “Get online, meet people and have fun!”
